Therese's
philosophy is simple:

I can cook for four, why not cook for forty and make it a party?!" |

Therese
has always loved to cook, but mostly she enjoys cooking for others. Being
the perfectionist that she is, she just couldn't find a bbq sauce that she
particularly cared for. |

Necessity being the mother of invention,
Therese decided it was time to create her own bbq sauce. With each
new batch she listened to the feedback from her friends and made
adjustments. Today, her friends cannot imagine a bbq without
it!
With
the support of her friends, Therese entered
a cooking contest sponsored by her favorite local country radio
station, 105.1 KNCI, with Pat and Tom in the morning. She won
First place - the opportunity to cook an entire meal for Clay
Walker and Terri Clark, and all of the crew.

| Very soon, Therese
was on a roll. It was there and then that she began entering,
and winning several bbq sauce contests throughout California and
Nevada. Therese's fan base grew from friends and family to
country stars and
their road crews!!

Word
got out and soon rock and country stars alike
came calling. Therese has cooked amazing meals for
top performers like, Gary Allan, Trace Adkins, Tim McGraw, Faith
Hill, Martina McBride, Kevin Sharp, Walt Garrison, Ty Herndon, ZZ
Top, just to name a few.

Therese's
clients, famous and not so famous, short, tall, big, little (you get the
picture) continues to grow. Her sauce is great over ribs, chicken,
and steak and even delectable on salmon! In addition it pairs well with
most types of wine and beer! It's a delicious, versatile, and
irresistible bbq sauce! She has spent years perfecting it and is now ready
to share a taste of Pure Country with you! |
