By Mail - Print our Standard Order Form, fill it out, calculate your Shipping Charges and send it with check, money order or credit card number to 7909 Walerga Road, Ste. 112, PMB 265, Antelope, CA  95843. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.

By Fax - Orders may be faxed 24 hours, 7 days a week on (916) 723-8310. It's easy, just print our Standard Order Form, fill it out, calculate your Shipping Charges and send it. Please include credit card information and a daytime phone number.

By Phone - Pick up the phone and give us a call at (916) 224-1372 between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time - please have your credit card information ready.

Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Please provide your street address as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. Sorry no C.O.D orders. If faster delivery is required, Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day services are available at an extra charge.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses will be sent via US Postal Service (Priority Mail).
